Academic Staff > Revd Roly Sims Roly's original background was in secondary and further education. He has ten years experience as a Methodist Minister with pastoral responsibilities and is currently Superintendent Minister in the Frome Circuit with some pastoral responsibilities in the West Mendip Circuit. Roly also has eight years of teaching experience in higher education, at undergraduate and post graduate level, on a part time basis. His current interests are in the Old Testament, and in Islam in its historical and contemporary aspects. At present he is looking into how the media deal with faith communities and how they present their information.
