Frances Greeves House is an on-site block of 23 one and two bedroom flats that are suitable for students with partners and those with small families.

The Flats:

• Include - a cooker, carpets and curtains
• Include - Water Charges
• Include - Separate, un-staffed crèche room and outside play area
• Council Tax - no council tax is payable as the flats are let solely to students
• Exclude - Telephone / internet access, Gas and Electric, TV licence and contents insurance

The flats are let to both Wesley College and Higher Education Students from other colleges and universities.
